Fielding a Captain in a Nords army comes down to timing. His command ability decides when reinforcements enter play, which is useful for setting up an ambush or delaying a unit until the moment is right.

In Conquest: The Last Argument of Kings, he also lifts the fighting skill of characters nearby in single combat, so a duel that looked risky can suddenly be worth taking. The box contains a single resin figure that comes with a base, a stand and a command card.
