The Imperium calls Ciaphas Cain a hero, and the propaganda posters certainly agree. The commissar himself would rather you believed it too, since it keeps him out of the fights he'd sooner avoid. In truth Cain survives on nerve, cunning and a healthy instinct for self-preservation, with his aide Jurgen never far behind. This two-miniature kit builds the pair for Astra Militarum forces in Warhammer 40,000, cast in a pose lifted straight from the propaganda leaflets that made him famous.
