Termagants form the expendable core of a Tyranid swarm in Warhammer 40,000, scuttling forward in huge numbers to overwhelm the enemy with sheer weight of fire. Each one can carry a fleshborer, a devourer or paired spinefists, and three models in the squad can instead take a shardlauncher, a spike rifle or a strangleweb for extra punch.
